Loved the cold clime - This morning there was no snow, yet the temps were frigid enough to make my fingers numb as I worked at constructing the pigeon house. Thank you for your long journey. I loved making the trek with you.
Thank you for the blessings. It's summer in Australia, and where I live there will never be snow unless we enter another ice age. I hope the pigeons appreciate your diligent work.
Wow. I always reminisce about this time. I read of many people’s adventures early in my teenage years and I always thought how wonderful this time could have been. No borders, no visa restrictions. A land that was divided by countries but where humans were not yet divided in hospitality and the force of materialism hadn’t yet enveloped some parts of the world.
I have met many people on my adventures who have creases on their skin which hide many stories of a long lost world. Unfortunately we don’t have much of that left. Even the ones who could speak of it are now silently forgotten. I bet you had a chance to live those stories. I am looking forward to reading more, Bob.
Thanks Tom. I've tried to keep moving. Been sticky some times.

No doubt, they do. Hug.

Thanks for those very kind words. It was an exciting time to be alive and go to places and meet people that are difficult if not impossible today.
I'm glad I toted a camera around, but curse that I was so disoriented that I didn't take a photo of that Tibetan herder!
But now I am a little wiser and know that memories, though fragile, have more power.

Immediately, Bob! 😉
Done. It still publishes more red than on my laptop!
Riveting! I'm envious of your travels and adventures, Bob, but I enjoy reading about them. Your photos are excellent, too.
Thanks Terry. Sorry about that first photo. Didn't look that red on the test post. I'll fix it today.
